Our first Summit community opened in 2011. We sought to provide a new model for senior living in the Capital Region by offering residents the opportunity to live in a beautiful home rich with features, finishes, and amenities without the obligation to buy or pay a high entrance fee. It’s a senior housing model we started and continue to innovate.

Our signature Connected Life program is a key part of the Summit experience. Connected Life is designed around four pillars – Health & Fitness, Lifelong Learning, Community Activities, and Leisure & Recreation – and gives residents access to a robust programming calendar. Residents enjoy a constant stream of activities, from fitness classes (more than 50 classes every month!) to educational lectures to social events and more, all at no additional cost.
Every inch of our expansive communities is an extension of your home. So, take a swim in your indoor, heated pool. Spend an afternoon fulfilling your curiosity in the library. Enjoy your art studio or a lecture in the Great Room. Take your pup to the dog park.
